What to know about our policies before cancelling your order:
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: Email us at hello@tinyhorse.ca with your name, order number, and a statement that you wish to withdraw. You will receive an email confirmation from us. (A withdrawal button will also be available on our store once implemented.)
Return of goods: You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, in unused, like-new condition. All costs related to returning goods to us are the responsibility of the customer, including shipping labels, cross-border fees, customs duties, and any other charges incurred in transit.
Returns to: TinyHorse, 2471 Dundas Street West, Toronto, ON, M6P 1X3. Please include your order number.
Refund: Once received and inspected, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized items (custom lengths, hardware, or design choices), sale items, or items purchased with a discount code.
This section applies to EU consumers in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and EU Directive 2023/2673.
