Cost

There is no additional charge for custom colours, but patience is required — shipping times vary based on hardware availability and are grouped to reduce costs.

Shipping

When all materials for your order are available, we expect to ship within 3 weeks. If your wait time will be longer than that, we'll reach out to keep you in the loop.

If there is a mix of custom and standard products in your order, your entire shipment will be held until all items are ready.

Swap colours after a purchase

Already placed an order? We can edit it after purchase! If you ordered a bundle and want to swap in a custom colour, just get in touch with your order number and desired colour changes — we'll sort it out!

Pre-order core colours

Core colours we regularly stock are marked with an asterisk (*). If a core colour is currently sold out, you can use this page to place a pre-order — your order will be charged at the time of purchase and shipped as soon as stock is available.
